Your purpose of buying is the one thing you need to know first before you do some action. Because it saves you time, effort and money. Have you ever experience spend the whole day searching for something on the internet? at the end of the day, you can’t decide which one to buy?
Normally we want to check everything and listen to all people that we know others are listening too. Because in our mind always ask the word ” what if?” that prevent us in deciding to do the right thing.

One time one of my clients ask me. which condo near the area is best if I buy right now? at that time her inquiry is a condominium in Pasig. As a real estate practitioner, that question is a little bit complicated because in every block are different projects by our accredited developers.
Also, she mentions names of projects she visited and almost decides to buy it (those projects are all in my portfolio) You know all condominiums have amenities area, pool, playground and more. Just one question I ask what is your priority feature of condominiums if you buy right now. her answer was SECURITY and PRIVACY.
Right then I know that these people know what she wants and finally she buys one from me a condo that is 30% higher in price compared with other projects in the area
When do I need it?
The answer to this question will have a great effect on your budget, price, and plans. If you need it 5 years from now. You probably can buy it at a lower price and low cash out for the down payment.
How much is my budget?
This is one BIG obstacle or something that stops clients from buying their dream home. Often first time home buyer is not familiar with the current price by location. And when the Real estate Practitioner gives them an investment proposal. their heart beats fast and their eyes open wide and shock them.
And we are used to it. that’s the reason why you need to know how much is the budget from the moment you enquire.
