Answer # 1: out of 10 people their answer is YES.
Question # 2: Would you like to buy a home?
Answer # 2: Out of 10 people their answer is YES with the following statement.
I like to buy my new/my dream home but my problem is I can’t afford it (people I asked are an employee). If you think the same way. Read this article to the end and you will learn something that helps you get that dream home of yours.
Did you know what successful people respond to this question if they are the one you asked? Their respond sounds like this.
- How can I afford it?
- What recommendation you can give me to get it?
That was their usual answer rather than saying “ I can’t afford it”
let me share to you a story of a new couple living in Manila whose families are living in the province.
When they got married no one in their family supported them. They started building their own family far from both sides. While the wife is working Locally and the husband works abroad. They started renting a room (a very small room hot and no ventilation).
Because they are not comfortable they try to look for another room. Again they packed their things and moved from one place to another. And with that experience and lot more transfer from one room to another. They realize the hardship and the money spent on the rent.
One day they decided to find a place/house that soon to be their own. The problem is they do not have enough savings to cover the total amount needed. The wife tries to communicate the uncle and ask for assistance.
In short, they borrowed from a family member and eventually buy the home and some of the amounts are Loan in the bank. Sometimes we just need to be flexible or creative in finding ways to get that thing that we want in life.
After 10 years living in their own home, they realized that their monthly rentals are almost equal to the amount of their simple home where they live now.
Yes, it’s true that in every decision it requires faith and courage.
Because if you buy something and need to pay monthly for your bill. Your shopping spending will be less or affected. However, the investment that you have is for the long term and can benefit your future family members.
